Maxwell Returns!!!

For those of you that have been living under a rock...After an 8 year hiatus Maxwell returns with a trilogy (Black Summer's Night) of albums that will begin with the first release on July 7. He has released his first single, Pretty Wings, with a video.  A snippet of the single has been on Maxwell's myspace for about a year but with the full version released we know that Maxwell is back. Best Male R&B Artist...Ryan Leslie!!!

Just caught wind of the nominations for the 2009 BET Awards and I'm enthused to see Ryan Leslie up for two awards (Best Male R&B Artist and Best New Artist).  The producer, engineer, and artist has crafted a CLASSIC self titled debut album...from top to bottom Ryan Leslie has shown his genius.  The production of each song is reminiscent of Stevie Wonder in that he plays the instruments and crafts the song into his own musical David.  If you haven't picked up the album i don't know what your thinking. It's definitely worth the price of admission.
